However, if I just google "Radeon ReLive green screen", a ton of forums / reddit posts come up and none of them are linked to Wallpaper Engine as far as I can tell - which is a strong indicator that this issue is in Radeon ReLive itself. I don't remember any support requests via email or on the Steam Discussions and the only other post I can find is that one year old Reddit post which you have linked above (feel free to send me the "many other posts" that you mention in your opening post though, I am definitely willing to have a look and see if there is a hardware pattern or similar that we could look into).
